1. Pay more attention to deep skin cleansing.

In summer, the skin produces more sebum, the processes of shedding the keratinized layer of the epidermis slow down, and to this is added the application of decorative cosmetics, sunscreens, etc. Such a "noisy" mixture of sebum, hyperkeratosis, and cosmetics can easily provoke the formation of comedones with their subsequent inflammation. Therefore, the easiest way to prevent these phenomena is to add deep skin cleansers to your skincare routine. For example: -Histolab Enzyme powder wash - a universal enzyme powder gently but deeply cleanses the sebaceous gland ducts, so it is suitable for both oily skin and thin, sensitive skin. -Skinbetter Detoxifying Scrub Mask is a clay-based scrub mask for oily skin. Mini spheres gently exfoliate the keratinized epidermis, while clay absorbs excess sebum.

2. Eliminate products that create a "film" on the face from your skincare routine.

These can be serums, creams, or even sunscreens that weigh down your skin. After application, do you feel sticky, heavy on your face? Then you should replace them with lighter textures.

3. Use the right assets. Retinol, acids can be used all year round, sunny weather is not a hindrance.

But do not forget to apply sanskrin during the day. Only if you are planning a trip, it is better not to use retinol and acids for the entire vacation period.

4. The most basic is sun protection. This item is simply the default.

There are a lot of sunscreens now, but choose non-homogeneous products. For example, a sunscreen without a tone - HISTOLAB SENSITIVE SKIN SUN BLOCK FOREVER PLUS SPF - is a universal lightweight sunscreen essence that is suitable for sensitive skin and will not burden oily skin. With a foundation effect - Colorescience Sunforgettable Total Protection Face Shield Flex is an adaptive sunscreen that adapts to your skin color. For skin with irritation, after the injection procedure, Rejuran healer uv protection balm is a sunscreen stick with a high content of polynucleotides for accelerated regeneration and protection. Also, don't forget to renew your sanskrin throughout the day. The most convenient way to do this is either with a cushion or sunscreen powders. Here are a few examples - Colorescience SUNFORGETTABLE® TOTAL PROTECTION, Zo Skin Health Sunscreen + Powde.

5. Do not apply thermal waters or sprays to the face, as this will not help to further moisturize the skin.

The drops settle on the surface of the skin, and even more so if you spray thermal water over makeup or other products, there is great doubt that the drops will reach the deeper layers of the skin. Also, the salt that thermal water may contain will draw water from the skin and cause dryness. If you use thermal water to irrigate your skin in the scorching sun, you can get a sunburn, because the water droplets will increase the effect of ultraviolet radiation. Thermal water refreshes and gives a feeling of coolness, but does not flood.
