If you look closely, you can see small peeling on the surface of the spots, which resembles bran, which is where the name of this disease comes from - bran-like or multi-colored lichen. Often this disease is confused with vitiligo and albinism, but in fact it is a common superficial skin infection caused by fungi. The fungus can parasitize on the skin for a long time without causing any symptoms of the disease.

Manifestations

The disease manifests itself after a drop in immunity after illness and stress. Excessive sweating, frequent washing of the body with soap and gels, which wash away the natural protective fat from the skin, can also be triggering factors. It is possible to become infected with bran-like lichen when using common clothes, towels, when directly touching the patient. However, whether this disease will manifest itself after infection depends on the state of your immunity.
