What is a Bullhorn!?

Bullhorn is recommended for people who, due to age changes or individual characteristics, have an increased distance between the contour of the lips and the nose. Due to the decrease in the volume of the skin above the upper lip, the red border is pulled up and slightly turned out. This provides the visual effect of a larger volume of the mouth - it becomes wider, and the lips are plump and seductive. The main advantage of this method is the constancy of the effect.

Indications for performing cheiloplasty are as follows:

• In case of violation of proportions and presence of lip asymmetry for any reason: injuries, unsuccessful experience with fillers, congenital defect, etc.;
• With a small volume of lips;
• With excessively large lips;
• With the problem of a hanging upper lip; In the absence of a clear outline of the lips; In the case of unsuccessful correction of the lips after an outdated tattoo; If there is a "hare" lip.

How is this operation performed?

1. Skin treatment with antiseptics;
2. Patient marking; Local anesthesia;
3. An incision is made according to the marking, excess skin is removed, the upper and lower edges of the incision are tightened, so the upper lip turns out and visually becomes larger. The suture is applied in such a way that it is not visible after healing.
4. The operation lasts approximately 1 hour.

The first results of the operation will be visible after the swelling subsides. And the full result can be seen after 2-2.5 months.
